Compound Bow Datapack V1.01 (First Patch)

-Fixed bug where Fletching Bundles that were just crafted would automatically be used, if made from last piece of leather, and no other partial stack existed
-Updated damage score table to reflect time spent charging bow and slowness given from more complete draws.
-Scaled projectile speed to better match draw stage progression
